1) Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations:

a) To cancel your order, contact our customer support team at support@fruitsking.in.

b) If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

c) Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled due to the perishable nature of most products in our categories.

2) Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

a) Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

b) Refund requests must be initiated within 10 days of receiving the product.

Non-Refundable Items:

a) Perishable products such as fruits, pulp, or other items that have a limited shelf life.

Refund Process:

a) Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

b) Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited to your original method of payment.

3) Exceptions

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 10 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or refund.
