This policy explains the rules for order cancellation, refunds and replacements for purchases made on our website.
Alphonso mangoes are a perishable seasonal agricultural product. Orders are planned based on daily harvest schedules, therefore cancellation and refund rules are strict to prevent wastage.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
✅ Cancellation Before Confirm
🔄 If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days. Payment gateway or transaction charges (if any) may be deducted.
Cancellation After Confirm
No cancellation or refund is allowed once the order is confrirmed under any circumstances.
✅ Eligible Cases
🔄 Resolution may include partial refund or adjustment in next order (preferred). Full refund is not provided once confirmed.
❌ Not Eligible Cases
These are normal for natural carbide-free mangoes.
We may cancel an order due to adverse weather, crop damage, quality issues, harvest shortfall or logistics constraints. In such cases, 100% refund will be issued.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability or refusal to accept delivery, the order will not be eligible for refund as mangoes are perishable.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days and credited back to the original payment method.
