❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy explains the rules for order cancellation, refunds and replacements for purchases made on our website.

📌 1. Nature of Product (Important)

Alphonso mangoes are a perishable seasonal agricultural product. Orders are planned based on daily harvest schedules, therefore cancellation and refund rules are strict to prevent wastage.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

📌 2. Order Cancellation by Customer

✅ Cancellation Before Confirm

  • Cancellation may be requested only before harvest & confirm
  • Requests must be made via WhatsApp, Phone or Email
  • Approval depends on harvest planning and is at our discretion

🔄 If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 working days. Payment gateway or transaction charges (if any) may be deducted.

Cancellation After Confirm

No cancellation or refund is allowed once the order is confrirmed under any circumstances.

📌 3. Refund & Replacement Policy (Damage Cases)

✅ Eligible Cases

  • More than 25% fruits completely rotten or crushed at delivery
  • Clear photos of fruits and box shared within 12 hours

🔄 Resolution may include partial refund or adjustment in next order (preferred). Full refund is not provided once confirmed.

❌ Not Eligible Cases

  • Minor skin marks or natural spots
  • Natural ripening softness
  • Taste preference issues
  • Courier delays beyond our control
  • Improper storage or handling after delivery

These are normal for natural carbide-free mangoes.

📌 4. Order Cancellation by Us (Seller)

We may cancel an order due to adverse weather, crop damage, quality issues, harvest shortfall or logistics constraints. In such cases, 100% refund will be issued.

📌 5. Failed Delivery / Non-Acceptance

If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability or refusal to accept delivery, the order will not be eligible for refund as mangoes are perishable.

📌 6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days and credited back to the original payment method.

📌 7. How to Raise a Request

Please share Order ID, Name, Issue details and Photos (if applicable).
