🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed on our website are processed, dispatched, and delivered.

📦 1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver Alphonso mango orders across India, wherever courier service is available.

Orders are shipped to major cities such as Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Banglore and many other locations nationwide. Delivery is subject to courier serviceability in your area.

🥭 2. Dispatch Policy
  • Orders are dispatched only on harvest days
  • Mangoes are harvested, graded, packed and dispatched on the same day
  • Dispatch is done only after full payment confirmation

👉 We do not dispatch on non-harvest days to ensure freshness.

⏱️ 3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time is generally 5–7 working days after dispatch.

Delivery time may vary depending on destination city, courier service or weather conditions. Delays caused by courier services, strikes or natural events are beyond our control.

📦 4. Packaging Standards

Mangoes are packed in strong ventilated CFB boxes with proper padding to minimize transit damage. Each box is sealed and labelled with harvest details.

📌 Minor softness or ripening marks during transit are natural and expected.

  • Local transport / bus parcel services (where applicable)

Delivery partner selection depends on speed, safety and service availability.

📍 6. Address & Delivery Responsibility

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect address or failed delivery due to customer unavailability. Any additional delivery charges must be borne by the customer.

❗ 7. Non-Delivery or Return to Origin

If an order is returned due to incorrect address, customer not available or refusal to accept delivery, the order will not be eligible for refund as mangoes are perishable.

🔍 8. Order Tracking

Tracking details or dispatch confirmation will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS or Email. Customers are advised to track and receive the parcel promptly.

⚠️ 9. Delivery-Related Issues

For delivery or transit damage issues, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery and share clear photos of the box and fruits. Cases will be handled as per our Refund & Damage Policy.
