This website is operated by a farmer-owned Alphonso mango orchard located in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra, India. We sell seasonal Alphonso mangoes grown in our own orchard directly to customers.

📌 2. Product Nature (Very Important)

• Alphonso mangoes are a natural agricultural product
• Variations in size, shape, colour and minor skin marks are normal
• Such natural variations do not affect taste or quality and are not considered defects

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the natural nature of the product.

📌 3. Orders & Availability

Mangoes are seasonal and limited. Orders are accepted subject to availability.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders in case of weather issues, crop damage or unexpected harvest shortfall. If an order is cancelled from our side, a full refund will be issued.

📌 4. Pricing

All prices are mentioned in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may change based on season, availability and logistics cost. The price at the time of order confirmation will be final.

📌 5. Payment Terms

• 100% advance payment is mandatory
• Payments accepted via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards and Net Banking
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available

Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.

📌 6. Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are dispatched only on harvest days and usually shipped the same day. Delivery time is generally 5–7 days depending on location and courier services.

👉 Delays caused by courier companies, weather or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

📌 7. No Artificial Ripening

We do not use carbide or artificial ripening chemicals. Mangoes are harvested mature and ripen naturally. Customers are requested to follow the ripening instructions provided.

📌 8. Refund, Replacement & Damage Policy

• Minor softness, ripening marks or natural spots are not eligible for refund
• Claims must be supported with clear photos within 12 hours of delivery
• No refunds once the order is confirmed except as mentioned in policy

📌 9. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Cancellation before confirm may be allowed at our discretion. Payment gateway charges (if any) may be deducted during refund.

📌 10. Customer Responsibility

• Provide correct delivery address and contact details
• Be available to receive the parcel
• Follow ripening and storage instructions properly

We are not responsible for quality issues caused due to improper storage or handling after delivery.

📌 11. Website Usage

Content on this website including text, photos and videos is owned by us. Copying or commercial use without permission is prohibited. Misuse of the website may result in order cancellation or legal action.

📌 12. Privacy

Customer data is handled as per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or misuse customer information.

📌 13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Ratnagiri, Maharashtra.
