🥭 How can I check my order status?
After placing your order, you will receive:
- ✔ Order confirmation on WhatsApp / SMS / Email
- ✔ Dispatch message on harvest day
- ✔ Tracking or transport details (if applicable)
You can also contact us directly on Email for quick updates.
❌ How can I cancel my order?
✅ Cancellation Before Confirm
- Order cancellation is allowed only before confirm / harvest
- Once mangoes are harvested and confirmed, cancellation is not possible as this is a perishable product.
To request cancellation, please contact us with your Order ID and name.
🔄 How can I request replacement or refund?
Replacement or refund is considered only in genuine transit damage cases.
Conditions:
- ✔ More than 25% fruits damaged or rotten
- ✔ Clear photos must be shared within 12 hours of delivery
Minor natural marks or ripening softness are not considered damage.
💰 When will I receive my refund?
If a refund is approved:
- Refund is processed within 5–7 working days
- Amount is credited to the original payment method
💳 What payment methods are available?
We accept:
- ✔ UPI
- ✔ Debit / Credit Cards
- ✔ Net Banking
📌 We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
Orders are confirmed only after full payment.
📦 When will my mangoes be delivered?
- Mangoes are dispatched only on harvest days
- Delivery usually takes 5–7 days depending on your city
We always try to deliver freshly harvested mangoes as fast as possible.
🥭 Why are mangoes green when delivered?
Our Alphonso mangoes are not artificially ripened.
They are harvested mature and will ripen naturally in 4–6 days at room temperature.
Do not refrigerate before ripening.
📍 How should I store mangoes?
- Keep fruits in open tray or newspaper
- Store at room temperature
- Refrigerate only after full ripening

🥭 Are these real Ratnagiri & Devgad Alphonso mangoes?
Yes. Our Alphonso mangoes are grown in the coastal bay area of Ratnagiri & Devgad, Maharashtra and sold directly from our own orchard.
We sell only seasonal farm produce harvested from our trees.
🌱 Do you use carbide for ripening?
❌ No.
We do not use carbide or artificial ripening chemicals.
Mangoes are harvested at proper maturity and ripen naturally at room temperature.
🔐 How do I reset my password?
If you forgot your password:
- Go to the Login page
- Click on "Forgot Password"
- Enter your registered email or mobile number
- Follow the OTP instructions
After resetting, you can log in and access your orders.
📦 How can I check my orders?
1. Log in to your account
2. Go to "My Orders"
3. You can view:
- Order details
- Dispatch status
You will also receive order updates on WhatsApp / SMS / Email.
🚚 How do I track my order?
Once your mango order is dispatched:
- Tracking number or transport details will be shared via WhatsApp / SMS / Email
- You can also check tracking inside the My Orders section
📌 Orders are dispatched only on harvest days.
💰 What is Fruitsk Cash / Wallet?
Fruitsk Cash is a digital wallet balance in your account.
You can use it to:
- ✔ Pay for future mango orders
- ✔ Receive refund adjustments
- ✔ Get promotional credits (if offered)
Wallet balance can be checked inside My Account → Wallet section.
➕ How can I use wallet balance?
During checkout:
You can use it to:
- Select “Use Wallet / Fruitsk Cash”
- Remaining amount can be paid using UPI / card / net banking.
📉 Can wallet balance be withdrawn?
Wallet balance is generally non-withdrawable and can be used only for purchases on our website.
